Subscriptions
Choose from one of three different subscriptions: depending on how much comfort you wish to have.
Besides the mandatory purchase of the media player you can choose from one of the following subscriptions:

A. Basic: Monthly subscription for DentalView
- Access to the online video library including all upgrades
- Unlimited use of the video library
- Regular expansion of the library (new basic clips)
- Possibility of adding personal photos and information
- Put your own playlist together
- Real time information: Your own practice information and news
- You can choose 70% of the content. 30% is for advertisement
- Remote support (should your media player not be connected to our server you will automatically receive a message explaining how to solve the problem)
- Helpdesk and support
B. Premium: Includes the basic package as well as premium clips and templates. These are top quality 3D animations developed by Henry Schein and Reality Engineering. You can upgrade from our basic subscription to our premium offer anytime and back within 90 days.
C. Premium Plus. Includes the premium package without 30% infotainment. You can decide 100% what is being played in your waiting room.
Optional Services
1. Patient call module. By coupling your office software with DentalView you can call patients in real time and ask them to proceed to a treatment room. Ask for the details.
2. Troubleshooting service + 5 year warranty and replacement service: within 72 hours after the reception of the message the problem will be solved. The media player can be exchanged up to 5 years which guarantees a constant functioning. Without this service costs of repair may apply.

In order to use DentalView you need your own LCD TV (resolution 1366×786 with RGB/PC/VGA or DV-I input) as well as internet access at your office.
